Due to heavy rain and rapidly rising water on the Sào Khê River, the operator is temporarily suspending boat service on Route 2 from 13:00 today to ensure safety. Routes 1 and 3 remain in normal operation.

Scope of impact
Only route 2 (the itinerary via Hang Ba Giọt – Đền Trần) is temporarily suspended. Guests who booked a route 2 slot today will be moved to route 1 at the same time, or receive a 100% refund via the Orders section.
